Manager - Telecalling - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Telecaller Manager
- Responsible to handle team of 8 to 10 call agents
- Assigning leads to associates, team performance evaluation, Monitoring and Auditing calls on timely basis
- Ensure that the associates are meeting the weekly and monthly targets
- Checking call timings of the associates
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy
- Meeting the monthly target
You Are Expected To :
- Have good communication skill English and hindi (mandatory) with any regional language
- 3+ years minimum 1 year in team handling
- Excel proficiency
- Have hands on experience with CRM
