A. Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them
B. Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis
C. Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager.
G. Candidate Profile
Graduate in the relevant field with the minimum experience of two to three years in Telemarketing or Telesales
