Manager - Technical Sales - Fabrication Industry (3-5 yrs)

We are hiring for Technical Sales Manager.


Requirement : Technical Sales Manager

Industry : Process Industry, Fabrication Industry

Products : Heat Exchanger / Pressure Vessel / Storage Tank / Reactors / Water Treatment Plant

Min. Qualification : BE Mechanical/Chemical

Minimum Experience : 3 to 5 + years in Sales & Marketing of Process Equipment, Waste Water Treatment & Fire Fighting Systems

Salary : 20 to 35 Thousand per Month (variable expenses and commission extra)

Working time : as per the standards 9:00 am to 05:30 pm, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Total Requirement : 6 nos (3 to 5 years Experience)

Location :

1) 2 will take care of Southern region which will include Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Telangana.

2) 2 will take care of Northern region which will include Himachal, Punjab, Delhi NCR, and nearby regions, Rajasthan.

3) 2 will take care of Western region which will include Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh. Karnataka & Goa.

Key Responsibilities :

- Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:

- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.

- Travelling to visit potential clients.

- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.

- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

- Negotiating tender and contract terms.

- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

- Offering after-sales support services.

- Administering client accounts.

- Analyzing costs and sales.

- Preparing reports for head office.

- Meeting regular sales targets.

- Recording and maintaining client contact data.

- Coordinating sales projects.

- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

- Solving client problems.

- Helping in the design of custom-made products.

- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.

- Understand the company's goal and purpose to enhance the company's performance.

- Using knowledge of market and competitors identify and develop the company's future sales plan.

- Keeping well informed of general technical developments, company products and services.
