Manager - Technical Sales - Construction (7-12 yrs)

1. Should have a minimum of 7 years of technical and practical experience in civil engineering.

2. Identify and establishing a new business.

3. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to generate more revenue for our Business.

4. Promote RBI Grade 81 products and services by attending conferences/meetings and prospecting new customers.

5. Plan and implement sales visits with the sales team.

6. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.

7. Achieve sales and collection targets

8. Negotiating contract terms & conditions.

9. Responsible for making technical presentations and demonstrations for clients, customers, and contractors.

10. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

11. Willing to traveling to customer locations, understanding technical challenges, and providing applicable solutions.

12. Weekly meetings with the sales team to review the sales targets.

13. Should be aware of Roads & Highway construction and construction materials (Cement, Aggregates, Bitumen, soil stabilizers).
