- Responsible to provide Technical Support to customers through respective service teams.
- Responsible for service business & customer complaint analysis, corrective & preventive action.
- Providing on line support for ERP related matters to Service Team.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- B.E./ B Tech -Electrical/ Electronics.
- Manage training on products for service engineers, managers & customers.
- 10-15 Yrs Exp of providing Technical Support in servicing electro-mechanical type of capital equipment/ S P M/cs.PLC/ Remote technical support
