Note: Looking for local candidates from Mumbai and Pune locations. Graduation is mandatory. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 2 years in managing a team of at least 5 to 6 members.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Manager and Team Manager for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) at our Jogeshwari location. The ideal candidates will be local residents of Mumbai or Pune with a solid educational background, extensive experience in SEM, and proven leadership skills in managing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions across various search engines.

- Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and optimization to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

- Manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networks.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.

- Lead and mentor a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve team objectives.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure SEM strategies remain effective and competitive.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to align SEM efforts with overall marketing objectives.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in SEM with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads.

- At least 2 years of recent experience in managing a team of 5 to 6 members within the last 2 years.

- Proficiency in SEM tools, platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Google Ads certification is a plus.
