Manager/Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.
- Supervising the teams under in terms of tasks

Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree In any stream
- Age Between 21 to 38
- Strong Leadership, communication and Negotiation Abilities
- Excellent Analytical and Problem - Solving skills.
- Good Negotiation And sales skill.
