Manager/Team Leader - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
We are hiring for leading life Insurance company for Agency channel. Roles and Responsibility :- Recruit and Activate advisors - Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.- Establish interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.- Conduct meetings with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same.
Job Profile :
1.Recruiting the Agents for life insurance Sales
2. Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
3. Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
4. Client Acquisition and New Business Generation
5. Recruitment and management of agency channel team members
6. Training, motivating and development of team members.
7.Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
8. Ensure product knowledge by Max Life Insurance ways of training
9. Field demonstration (FODs)
10. Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
11. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
12. Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms
13. Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers- pulse and product needs
Education: Any Graduate
Salary- up to 4.5 lacs + incentives + Other benefits
Experience :
1.Candidate with Min. 2 Years of Sales experience Preferably
2. L SALES experience is preferable
