Job Roles:
- Manager - Agency will be responsible for handling an off-roll team of sales consultants in the Agency Channel.
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduates
- CTC : 2.70 To 5.50 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience With Good Stability(insurance preferred)
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years With Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
