Inside Sales Manager ( Team Lead )

Major duties include:

Providing management communications to the Sales department. Monitoring & reporting on sales metrics and managing the sales administration process

Responsibilities include:

- Lead an inside sales team to meet & exceeds sales goals.

- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver results.

- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified prospects.

- Lead and schedule team meetings with sales team and leadership.

- Coach and develop direct reports.

- Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.

- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve prospecting process.

- Practice company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.

- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.

- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
