Manager/Team Lead - Corporate Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with experience in sales who can work well in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assembling and leading a team of financial agents and advisors.

- Manage the entire agent life cycle, such as training partners to use our app to serve customers in the most effective and efficient way.

- Encouraging partners to increase their pocket share with us, with a focus on renewals and prevention of diluting.

- Concentrate on the manager's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

- Recognize and adhere to the company's policies.

- Uphold strict business hygiene standards.

- Find marketing and sales opportunities in the designated districts.

- Verify that district sales representatives follow company policies and procedures.

- Work with additional field sales agents

- Prepare them for a sales goal

- Reward employees and encourage them to achieve the goal

Profile Desired :

- A degree or an MBA.

- 1+ year of experience in a comparable position, preferably in sales and marketing and financial services

A bonus would be to have the Broker Qualified certification

- Deep comprehension of the business environment. Excellent knowledge of insurance products.

- The capacity to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable programm. powerful presentation abilities.
