Manager/Team Lead - Agency Sales Development - Insurance (1-8 yrs)

New Positions Available in Sales and Business Development. For India's Leading BFSI Sectors, we are looking for experienced candidates in sales and marketing.

Job Roles :

- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;

- Hiring and educating financial consultants, advisors, and other team members;

- Preparing and presenting the products' information to clients;

- Making cold calls to potential clients; creating successful sales strategies; and directing client requests and grievances to the appropriate departments.

- Setting and meeting sales earnings targets;

- Maintaining a positive relationship with both current and potential customers;

- Designing and planning a variety of sales activities;

- Directing sales improvement strategies; and advising the sales team.

- Identifying new customers through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

- Investigating and locating potential clients

- Establishing new relationships with customers and maintaining those that already exist;

- Routinely visiting various locations and informing customers about new product launches and the range;

- Outlining the technical specifications of a product to customers.
