Job Description
Key role:
- Train teachers on the company's end to end and make them Go-Live over the platform.
- Continuously engage with teachers to ensure high productivity.
- Work as the - Teacher Representative-, and be genuinely excited and confident to help parents resolving their queries in a new-to-the-world online platform.
- Needs to be patient, empathetic, and communicate passionately.
- Needs to manage class rescheduling requests and handle Databases and coordinate with the Tech team to execute this in the backend to manage ongoing classes.
- Make daily trackers for the teacher operations team, manage daily inbound/outbound email flow.
- The Relationship Manager will be required to communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2-5 yrs
