Manager - Strategic & Partnership Role - Electronics Growth Team - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

Position : Manager

Location : Bangalore, India

Position Background :

- You will be part of the Electronics Growth team, which builds & runs all the new cutting-edge capabilities & offerings, that ensures retains its market leadership in Electronics

- Identify & build growth capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth on online sales of Laptops/Tablets/Accessories/Cameras/Smart Bands/Gaming in India. These growth opportunities could span across conversion improvement, new customer acquisition & inorganic growth areas by identifying demand clusters

- Work closely with cross functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX) to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI)

- Research market trends, customer needs / segments to develop key insights & growth opportunities - work closely with Marketing & Analytics teams.

- Brand insights - Work closely with KAMs & sell-side teams on new brand pitches as well as growth insights / specific deep-dives for existing brand partners.

- Own critical horizontal customer experience for Electronics business - Reviews & Ratings,

- Establishing business triggers at focal points of user journey, Creating category playbooks,

- Adopting best brand practices etc.

Requirements :

- A deep understanding of the industry's issues & modus of operandi

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Must have Skills :

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, project management, eye for detail, MS Office fluency a must
