Our client is India's best budget hotels chain. Already at 125+ locations across 15+ cities, the company is on track to be India's largest chain of modern, tech-driven hotels that deliver a standardized, consistent & value-for-money hotel stays to travelers across India.

The company was born in a response to the need for reliable and value-for- money accommodation by travelers and now is being touted as a key player in the budget hospitality sector. It has received a whopping 8 million dollars in its first round of funding from some of the largest global venture capital firms.

The company is founded by entrepreneurs who are veterans in the world of start-ups and have previously been involved in establishing a leading online ecommerce brand which was recently acquired by a major Indian conglomerate. The founders are alumnus from the Wharton Business School and IIT (Guwahati), they have already left their competitor hotel chains behind this financial year and are on track to become the leading budget hotel chains in India.

As the Manager - Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible to form strategic alliances, negotiating partnerships and significantly growing the hotel portfolio through incremental and individual industry relationships. You will also be responsible for complex independent financial modeling and analysis process for potential deals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible to review hotels to see if they will make good additions

- Overseeing all aspects of analysis and model assessments and closing on acquisition, finance and management opportunities

- Responsible for ensuring any acquisition made is sound and reasonable

- Lead the negotiation and due diligence process

- Projecting overall competitive aspects and location benefits on how the acquisition will affect the company and - determining the financial impact of a takeover

- Developing and executing the acquisitions strategy as well as ensuring the smooth process transition

- Developing and maintaining excellent capital relationships

- Investigating and follow-through on maximizing ROI projects

- Attending major industry conferences

- Developing and maintaining individual key strategic partner network for new business

Candidate Profile :

- Engineering Graduate only from Tier 1 College preferred

- Demonstrable industry experience of 3-5 years

- Good at Decision making

- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
