Manager - Store Sales - Modular Kitchens (5-15 yrs)
- Candidates with Minimum 5 Years Experience in Handling Showrooms
- Candidates should be from Modular Kitchens / Interiors / Furniture Segments
- Should have both Sales and Operation Experience in the Showroom
- Should have Proven Track record of Sales Performance
- Should be able to train / Motivate Staff
- Should be able to Handle the Showroom Operation from Opening to Closing
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Should be Fluent in English / Kannada / Hindi
- Should be Able to Achieve the targets
- Should be able to Manage the Team
- Should have Customer Relationship Experience
- Should be able to Close Large Deals
- Should be able to handle Logistics / Inventory
- Should be able to handle after Sales Issues
- Should be well Experienced in Management reporting
- Should have strong MS - Office / E- Mail Skills
- Should be able to Oversee Accounts / Statutory / Procurement Divisions
- Should be flexible / and wiling to Join Immediately
- Should have Own Conveyance
