Manager/Specialist - Customer Success - Telecom (10-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 10+ years of progressive business leadership responsibility and people management skills
- Experience working with global customers and ability to meet the customers needs in line with the business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management methodology and techniques
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Self-driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a can do attitude
- Sound knowledge of telecom managed services (e.g.: LAN, WAN, IPT, Security, Cloud, Conference, etc.)
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (E.g.: Account, Contract, Technical, Projects, etc.)
- Experience in mentoring, coaching and training a team, ideally both technical and non-technical roles
- Expert understanding of methodologies such as Lean and Agile.
- Deep understanding of Service Management best practices frameworks such as ITIL/ISO.
- Experience in a Service Management role, preferred.
- ITIL Certified with a deep understanding of core ITIL processes/practices.
- Experience in SLM (Service Level Management) and contract documentation.
- Experience with driving and managing Service Improvement plans and continual improvement.
