- Complete Account Management starting from lead generation through to closure (win & collection) for net new, cross/up-sales & renewal revenue generation while enhancing customer satisfaction

- Customer profiling and understanding of the customer footprint w.r.t existing solutions, IT roadmaps, impacting industry compliance parameters, customer decision framework (CXOs, decision makers & influencers), etc.

- Working very closely with the internal teams (pre-sales, operations/billing, AR/finance team) w.r.t sales life-cycle engagements

- Experience of using reporting tools viz. CRM, MS Xl/G-Spreadsheets, etc.

- India market experience, along with specific regions (North, West, south, East), if any
