Manager - Solution Sales - AI Technology Firm (2-4 yrs)

Hiring for a client:

We are looking for an agile Solution Sales Manager who can expand our outbound sales channels, understand client needs and prepare a solution for them based on their business requirements.

The process would also involve activating clients from newer channels and existing channels - our network, database and referrals to provide them with an end-to-end technology solution.

Job Description

Activating Outbound Sales

- Building Strategic Partnerships with industry partners, agencies and vendors

- Leveraging online and offline mediums to test lead generation approaches

- Qualifying leads for a possible integration of the company's products and services

Pitching Existing Products/Solutions

- Activating inbound leads and meeting relevant stakeholders to understand their needs

- Preparing marketing collaterals in collaboration with technical teams to incorporate current products and take up custom requests to meet the client need

- Developing marketing material in a crisp and visually appealing format that conveys timelines, benefits and solutions that the company can provide to the client

- Helping management team to negotiate and close orders

Ideating Growth Campaigns

- Measure and report the performance of any new campaigns, gain insights and compare with existing channels

- Recommend plans that can be incorporated to ensure higher adoption of solutions

- Analysing competitor plans and adopting the right plans based on the company's solutions

Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise Sales

- Experience in solutions across Tech/IT Product & Service is highly desirable

- Experience in following a Consultative Sales Approach and being able to tackle multiple gatekeeps/stakeholders in the sales process

- Sound knowledge of the application of Artificial Intelligence across industries

- Excellent Communication Skills (Call, Mail, Meetings)

- Excellent Presentation Skills, ability to draft collaterals and influence stakeholders
