The Job :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

- Create high-quality visual content for a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Produce engaging graphics, videos, and interactive elements that enhance our social media presence.

- Manage daily posts and respond to followers in a timely manner to foster community engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

- Plan and oversee all paid social campaigns, including partnerships with influencers.

Ideal Candidate :

Qualifications :

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

- Strong content creation and video editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest and other social media best practices.

- Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).

- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.

- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.

- Multitasking and analytical skills.
