We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager with a passion to work in a dynamic startup who can strategize, create and curate content, manage promotions and social ad campaigns, which will help our organization to build strong online communities & remain competitive in the digital world.
The Job Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and customer/audience preferences
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Build communities, create reviews & generate leads & B2B sales through SM marketing
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Oversee social media accounts' design
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Execute the social media strategy for pre and post-sales experience
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting, reflecting results on a regular basis for the management & clients
- Ideate the kind of content that would work best on certain platforms, and optimize content accordingly
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Develop & manage the editorial calendar on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure deadlines are met
- Be well versed with Facebook Ads Manager/ Business Manager
- Optimizing ad copies and landing pages based on data-driven strategies for better results
- Monitor analytics and propose viable ideas
- Ability to grasp digital trends and understand implementation strategies
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content
Ideal Candidate :
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agency experience and basic understanding of SEO preferred
- A flair for writing and meticulous editing skills
- Ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences
- Experience : 1 year (Ideally in Digital Marketing / Brand Management / Content Management)
