Social Media Manager


1. Community Building : Be the brand ambassador for Porter - Conceptualise, implement & organise - Effectively reach out to potential customers/driver partners and build a loyal, active & healthy community across online & offline platforms.

2. Community Engagement : Campaign Execution - Actively engage with potential & current customers through various interaction media (online) by launching campaigns maximising ROI & effectiveness. 


3. Generate dashboards and reports to track the performance of all social media marketing campaigns and offer actionable insights. 


4. Analyse the potential of accounts and identify new opportunities 


5. Generating campaign ideas to promote our offerings and generating leads through the same. 


6. Content & Asset Management : Ensure Porter brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. Manage the production of brand content. 


7. Proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns and give feedback to content and design teams.

Apply if you are :

1. A strong social media manager, right from conceptualising the program, aligning internal stakeholders, resource planning, setting goals, and able to deliver analysis and recommendations. 


2. Ideal candidate is one who has experience with e-commerce/FMCG/direct to consumer or any service industry managing end to end social accounts (paid account would be a bonus). 


3. Should have excellent communication skills. 


4. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution.

Functional Competencies

1. Should have managed multiple social profiles with audience in excess of 1L per account. 


2. Implemented content strategy with some actionable insights (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram). 


3. Ability to manage blogs & external blog related stakeholders. 


4. Must know Google Analytics.
