Responsibilities :

Master and manage the Channels :

- Expertly manage and maintain our clients' social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Address any challenges or discrepancies in postings or engagement.

- Capable of managing multiple social media accounts while ensuring timely and accurate postings.

Content Creation & Curation :

- Craft intriguing and relatable content that aligns with brand stories and engages target demographics.

- Monitor trending topics in the E-commerce industry to curate and share relevant content, ensuring our clients are always in the conversation.

- Work closely with the design and content teams to plan and develop visuals, videos, and written posts.

Engagement & Growth :

- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously strategize to boost followership, interaction, and overall brand presence.

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community around our clients' brands.
