Manager - Social Media Marketing (4-7 yrs)

- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices.

- Proficiency in how marketing automation system works

- Design, build and execute comprehensive lead flow processes for marketing campaigns, lead nurture, Events, webinars, Forms and Sequence of email campaigns.

- Understanding of functional & technical requirements of the campaign and able to execute, deploy and manage the marketing campaigns.

- Help to drive engagement through dynamic emails, landing pages, forms, contact segmentation and campaign flows

- Adhere to brand guidelines and timelines

- Create, optimize and manage marketing automation workflows to generate higher engagement, increase the inflow of leads

- Define operational processes and best practices to maximize campaigns and ROI

Whom are we looking for?

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Advanced knowledge of Adwords and Facebook marketing is mandatory.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO

- Good knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics is preferred.

- Background in B2C marketing: online, digital, demand generation, or inbound

- Strong interpersonal skills are required

- A result-oriented mindset in the form of engagement, leads, and sales

- Problem-solving and people skills being able to single-handedly deliver.

- Self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision and a self-directed hands-on/execution

- Capacity with demonstrated ability to execute successful projects

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
