Manager - Social Media Marketing (2-3 yrs)

Social Media Marketing Manager -

- Our client is building a scalable, identifiable Indian ethnic wear brand which will change and redefine the apparel wear market in the country. Our brand is built on the pillars of integrity and honesty of communication to all our stakeholders. We want to democratise online selling the thousands of artisans, creators and manufacturers of India. We want to help the consumer make the right choices for their buying decisions at an exceptional value. We aim to become the first choice for consumers for apparel shopping online for Indian Ethnic Wear.

- The brand is being developed by industry insiders who understand the needs of the entire textile value chain and are trying to democratise the trade for everyone while delivering exceptional value to the consumer.

- The Individual will effectively lead our Branding and Digital Marketing operations. Their goal will be to help grow our brands' awareness online, while also enhancing engagement & influence to fulfil revenue ambitions of the organization.

Location: Kolkata, WB

Requirements:

1. Our ideal candidate is someone who is understands that PASSION and HARD WORK go hand in hand. If you have great ideas but lack the ability or the experience to execute it, this role is not for you.

2. The candidate has to be very hands on and compliment the lean structure of a Start-up.

3. The candidate must be keen on finding solutions rather than stating hurdles

4. Someone with minimum 2 Years of experience in Digital, preferably in managerial capacity with exposure to SEO, ASO, Paid and Social

5. Has a creative bent, and is an outstanding communicator (shouldn't be camera shy)

6. Is a fast learner and is ambitious to create an impact.

7. Ability to effectively interpret large amounts of consumer data to improve experience, quality & impact of campaigns

8. Should be skilled with the use of Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw or with other similar image, video and content creation tools.

Roles And Responsibilities :

1. Be the Brand Custodian, Strategize, develop And Monitor Campaigns, Deliverables And Budgets In Line With The Specific Brand Objectives.

2. Plan And Manage Our Digital Assets Including Social Media Calendar, The Website, Our Social Media Platforms, And Micro-Event Platforms To Improve User Experience, Content & Deliver A Comprehensive Communication And Experience.

3. Identify The Latest Digital Trends And Technologies And Propose Business Projects To Explore How To Best Utilize Them In Improving The Quality Of Our Engagement And Communication.

4. Prepare Accurate Reports On Our Marketing Campaign's Overall Performance.

5. Design And Oversee All Aspects Of Our Digital Marketing Including Our Marketing Database, Email, And Display Advertising Campaigns.

6. Evaluate Important Metrics That Affect Our Website Traffic, Service Quotas, And Target Audience.

7. Oversee And Manage All Contests, Giveaways, And Other Digital Projects including but not limited to Influencers, Vlogs etc
