Manager - Social Media - IVF Chain (5-7 yrs)

Based out of Hyderabad, it provides the best infertility treatment by leveraging latest technologies coupled with proven, evidence based international medical practices in more than 30 centres across India.

This one-stop centre for advanced fertility treatments has raised a total of around $55M in funding and is ranked 1st in India, 1st in South India and 1st in Hyderabad by Times of India.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be planning and executing the regular social media presence of the brand.

What you will do:

- Creating location-wise content and go-to-market social media launch strategies for new centres

- Analyzing influencer data and optimising campaigns to reduce cost per view & cost per engagement

- Owning, building & managing the social media budgets across all regions and platforms

- Implementing new trends, and integrating available generative AI tools for better reel/short views and engagement rates

- Syncing up with other performance marketing managers & agencies to maintain consistency in offerings, brand positioning and messaging

- Managing agency relationships and aligning multiple agency teams based in different locations

- Maintaining & verifying billing, agreements & other administrative tasks on social media & influencer activities

What you need to have:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in social media & influencer marketing, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking or other brands targeting millennials (not Gen Z)

- Keen knowledge of how to get reel views, engagement and growing communities on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn etc

- Managed and worked with agency teams

- A profound understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and industry best practices

- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content

- Diverse interests, lived across multiple cities and understands customer needs
