Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute data-driven Facebook ad campaigns targeting gamers to boost website traffic, and maximize reach and engagement.

- Lead Facebook/Instagram paid advertising efforts, crafting ad copy and initiating new campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.

- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for optimal performance.

- Optimize Instagram growth through strategic content planning and audience engagement.

- Generate weekly/monthly marketing reports, optimizing ad performance through segmentation and creative strategies.

- Analyze campaign metrics, and derive insights for continuous improvement in ad effectiveness and ROI to improve overall performance.

- To keep track of online engagement metrics: Number of followers, Likes, Shares, Comments, Clicks, Video views, Post Reach, Impressions, and Engagement rate every month.

- Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from content creation to analytics.

- Collaborate with the team for brand-aligned blog content, Instagram posts, and sales emails.

- Stay current on digital marketing trends, Facebook advertising, and gaming industry changes.

- Monitor online engagement metrics monthly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

- 1+ years of digital advertising experience, emphasizing paid campaigns.

- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and digital marketing tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Passion for gaming and deep understanding of the gaming community.

- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines with high-quality results.

- Strong problem-solving skills; willingness to be hands-on.

- Copywriting or design skills are a plus.
