Manager - Social Media - eCommerce (7-10 yrs)
Candidates will oversee Social Media campaigns which include but are not limited to: Pitching,research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of some SEO best practices will be an advantage
Major responsibilities & deliverables for social media
- Understand client Briefs and be able to rewrite the briefs for internal teams
- The ability to work to establish a content strategy that is developed with research on competition, category consumer behavior, the brand's philosophy, data-based insights & finally in sync with the brands objectives.
- Stay current with social media & industry trends, and tools
- Supervise, guide and direct the team which will consist of designer, community managers and ideation specialists.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account.
- Regular reports and updates to clients on the progress
Cross functional responsibilities :
- Provide creative solutions for briefs from the influencer marketing team using your creative resources + develop proactive pitches for key trends and tent poles as per the digital calendar
- Work with online reputation management team to deliver campaigns
Experience :
- 7- 9 years in digital marketing field
- Proven track record in managing accounts & servicing them successfully
- Managing team
- Experience in creating strategy for brands and pitch decks
Skills required :
- Bachelor's degree in mass media /Marketing
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter & SEO
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- time management & project management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building attitude
- Use of Ms office (excel, word & PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
- Strategic content creation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
