We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager for a leading digital agency based in Mumbai.
This is a team handling profile who will be managing a team of social media associates.
Location : Mumbai - Andheri
Experience : 3 plus
CTC : Upto 11LPA
- Handling social media presence of the clients on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Periscope, Linkedin, Snapchat, Youtube and others. Managing team of social media executives.
- Creating engaging content and digital strategy for brands as per clients requirement.
- Coordinating with clients for new trends, ideation, and promotion of the brand.
- Creating a monthly way forwards that includes contests and ideating on innovative hashtags.
- Handling the Ads run for brands as per the budgets allocated by the client.
- Maintaining the data of activities done on the social media platform and tracking ongoing conversations on daily basis.
- Generating performance reports of all social media activity and measuring the brands overall growth.
- Conducting regular market research and competition analysis to know about the latest trends.
- Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.
- Social media analysis that encompasses data collection, quality checks, making the logical story out of data gathered through various social media channels and developing appropriate frameworks & deriving valuable consumer insights and recommendations.
- Real-time tracking and responding to customers queries and complaints.
