Job Description:

- Conceptualize and execute monthly social media calendars with the objective being audience growth and engagement. This is across digital platforms such as YouTube and Instagram including but not limited to social media.

- Conceptualize and execute influencer marketing campaigns for content creation and brand awareness.

- Strategy, execute and gather reports on monthly email marketing calendars.

- Conceptualize a monthly blog calendar to boost SEO and as means to generate long form content.

- Work with copy writers, designers, tech team to generate the social media content, blog content, email content and publish the same

- Generate reports, analyze and improve on performance.

Skills we are looking for

- Digital Marketing experience of 4 -6 years

- Ability to strategize and execute a monthly social media calendar. This involves knowledge of how many posts, stories and reels to publish; how frequently and when to boost; what hashtags to choose; content generation; research on topics of relevance and presenting the same in an easy to consume format; copy for the caption and creative.

- Ability to create influencer marketing campaigns. This involves working with influencers and / or agencies and coordinating with them to create content for brand awareness and for ads.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms namely Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.

- Strong command over written and spoken English.

- Copy writing skills (both editorial and for ads)

- Knowledge of brand awareness activities such as content generation & syndication on social media, influencer marketing & search engine optimization

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and the Google suite of products.
