Primary Responsibilities

- Build, grow and manage Client online presence on social media platforms, communities, and forums

- Develop and implement social media strategy that aligns with Marketing goals and KPIs

- Create and implement social media calendar aligned with the content calendar

- Generate, and publish engaging content daily

- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms

- Evaluate new techniques and trends to increase brand awareness on these platforms

- Recommend continuous improvement process to increase social media performance

- Communicate with followers, agile response to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field

- 7-10 years of experience in managing online presence of SaaS, Technology and Cloud Computing brand

- Hands-on experience and proven success in content management, building brand presence, increase followers and engagement on social media/community platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

- Excellent organizational skills, creative eye, and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills

- Self-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-driven mindset
