Work Description :
- Accountable for subscriptions & revenue generation from YouTube channel
- Build & manage the YT channel strategy, look feel, ranking, promotions, partnerships
- SEO Ranking - Optimize Tags, Titles, Description, Playlists, Thumbnails to increase ranking
- SEM - Accountable for ROI, CPA, CPC, CPV targets for all paid ads spends
- SETUP AD formats - in-stream, out-stream, discovery, bumper, masthead
- SETUP Campaigns with a strong HOOK to drive CTR, traffic, conversion on the website
- RESEARCH keywords, audiences, competitors to setup ads groups
- SPLIT TEST of video creatives, landing pages to increase conversion
- ATTRIBUTION - Setup tags managers [UTM, GTM] for to track & optimize user behaviors
- CONTENT - work with the Video creation team to develop content to increase engagement
- ENGAGEMENT - Manage comments to engage with subscribers of the channel
- ANALYSE trends using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify)
Candidature requirements :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with YouTube SEO, paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO, SEM reports
- Strong understanding of tracking, tagging, and YT tools
- Facebook/Instagram marketing is an added plus.
