Manager - Social Media/Campaign Management (3-7 yrs)

- The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on social media platforms (META)

- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals

- Manage and optimise budgets for all ROI Campaigns

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting to leadership

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

What we are looking for :

- 3+ years of experience in ROI campaigns on social media (Meta). with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Experience in all types of online campaigns Like E-Commerce , Ed-tech, App First, BSFI , Real estate etc, analysing the brand expectation to achieve the set goal.

- Understanding of the ecosystem


- Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.

- Creating multiple cohorts as per brand and KPI to optimize the campaign

- Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing towards business in a profitable manner.

- Coordinate with the internal teams for the timely execution of various digital marketing tasks and initiatives.

- Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.

- Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.

- Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem-solving.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data

- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
