- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the stock broking industry
- Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with investors, financial enthusiasts, and industry professionals
- Manage and monitor our social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Collaborate with financial analysts, in-house designers and social media agencies to produce informative and insightful social media posts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial marketing regulations and guidelines
- Analyze social media data to track performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, addressing investor queries and concerns
- Collaborate with the business teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Assist with social media advertising paid campaigns and budget management
