Manager - Social Media - Asset Light Marketplace (2-5 yrs)

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Top to bottom management of the brands social media platforms, including writing captions, creating social media friendly content, and growing the brand's presence across multiple platforms

- Managing and growing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn) by creating and sharing engaging content

- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies

- Keeping up with trends and making sure that the brand is actively picking up on them

- Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Staying up to date with best practices in social media marketing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement

- Influencer collaborations and activations along with the Marketing Associate

Ideal Candidate :

Requirements :

- Proven experience (Minimum 2 year) as a social media manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement.

- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools to monitor and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different social media platforms.

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the audience and handle customer inquiries or issues effectively.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and a basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Should be well versed with Canva and Inshot.
