About the role:

We're on the hunt for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee our client's social media accounts. You'll be responsible for creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and ensuring our client's digital presence resonates with their audience. As a Social Media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Your mission? To amplify our brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, and boost traffic to our client's website by producing expanding our social media following, andmonitoring the performance of our channels. Moreover, you will be tasked with managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, as well as navigating through crises by implementing strategies that safeguard our reputation online. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our client's social media presence is not only consistent but also fully embodies our brand's personality and voice.

Job Description

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of social media campaigns.

- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Identify and leverage opportunities for social media partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

- Collaborate with influencers and thought leaders to expand our social reach.

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and - growth.

- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.

- Use data insights to optimize strategies and enhance the impact of social media efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to ensure our digital marketing tactics remain competitive.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a preference.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the Media/ Real Estate/IT Services industry.

- Proficiency in using social media management and marketing automation tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.

- In-depth understanding Media/ Real Estate/ IT Services ecosystem.

- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
