About the Company : A 360 communications agency on a mission to empower brands to engage with consumers through innovative, inspiring and dynamic digital encounters.

Working days : Mon - Fri

Office time : 9:30-6:30 am

- The organization is based out of Mumbai

Salary Budget : 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 CTC per annum

- Please do not apply if your current/expected CTC is above 6,00,000/-

Job Summary :

- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- SPOC for key accounts, setting strategy and acting as the main liaison between clients and agency

- Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of clients by developing and executing successful strategies

- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget

- Assisting in pitching new clients as needed alongside strategists and specialists

- Developing the account management department by learning and implementing new strategies, streamlining processes and collaborating closely with other departments

- Developing and maintaining processes for the sales and account management teams

- Provide senior leadership in the development of the account roadmap and client plans for marketing, loyalty and CRM strategies and new programs, with defined short and medium-term goals (both strategic and financial) Competency in content strategy, content development, SEO, PPC, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing best practices and marketing automation Handling multiple client accounts and delivery of revenue

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the current client portfolio

- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends

- Ensure client deliverables are of the highest quality

- Increase annual client recurring revenue

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a reputed institution or equivalent experience.

- Any certifications into Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

- 6+ years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency.

Technical skills/Soft skills :

- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Familiarity with web design and publishing

- Excellent multitasking skills

- Great leadership skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
