Looking to hire a creative and savvy Social Media Manager for a fast-growing company in the premium paan-delivery space.

The company is India's first online FSSAI certified Paan delivery company, redefining the classic Indian dessert- Paan, into a new avatar! With 45 difference flavors to choose from, all their premium Paan products are tobacco-free and uniform in quality and taste.

The company was established in 2019 and currently operates across 12 cities in India with more than 30 stores. Role :

- The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in social media management with a creative mindset and a passion for brand strategy.

- The position requires an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and understand online campaign management.

Location: Bangalore (Vasanth Nagar)

Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of experience managing social media & content for brands. Should understand brand strategy and online/ offline branding.

- Any Graduation

- Prior experience in managing Social Media for Food/ Beverages / QSR brands is highly preferred.

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

2. Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

3. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and photos, that align with the company's brand and voice.

4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize engagement and conversions.

5. Responsible for ideating and deciding which sort of events the brand can be a part of including PR events, Food Fests, Private Parties etc.

6. Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including paid ads, to drive traffic and conversions to the website and other digital channels.

Candidate Skills:

- Proven experience as a social media manager, with expertise in brand strategy, online and offline branding, and content creation.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Strong communication and planning skills.

- Sound understanding of online and offline branding
