The Job :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Developing a social media strategy to create visibility & engagement with current or potential remote knowledge workers across social channels

- Implementing social media initiatives to boost candidates acquisition across different social media through viral campaigns, activities across specialist groups, etc.

- Developing & distributing content and in line with strategy, brand plans & business priorities

- Managing our social media presence across multiple platforms

- Brainstorming content ideas, collaborating with Design to create creative and engaging infographics & videos, and managing the content calendar

- Tracking social media engagement & activity

- Providing ideas & inputs on new initiatives to leverage social media for candidate acquisition across 75+ countries

Ideal Candidate :

Requirements :

- You have at least 4 years of experience within Digital Marketing/ Social Media management and a track record of implementing successful social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

- Prior experience within a startup, where you have created communities of engaged audiences via social campaigns would be a strong plus.

- You are social media-savvy and have experience across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

- You have excellent writing skills in English and can create engaging content.

- You are creative, possess strong attention to detail, and deliver work that is of a high standard.

- You are a strong team player and thrive in fast-paced environments.
