Manager - Social Media (3-8 yrs)
Location: Oshiwara/ Bandra, Mumbai
Job Type: Fulltime-9 hrs- 1 Weekly Off - 9am - 6pm ( Bandra/Oshiwara)
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Content strategy & Creation to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in leading & steering our online digital presence and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience via Instagram & Whatsapp marketing
KRA-Role Clarity:
1. Insta Content Strategy, calender & creation with Team On Instagram - Humanize the Brand.. Video Content Creation as Pastry Chef Prachi As the Brand's face.
2. Community Engagement : Dms, Comments, stories engagement
Build and nurture an active and engaged community on social media platforms. Caption Writing Skills
3. UGCs -Engagement at Store - utilize in an effective manner the bank of UGCs we already have! Participate in Events with e Brand to create engagement & content both
4. Social Media Boosting:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, and promotions. Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal results.
5. Whatsapp Marketing - create captions & content with Strong CTA once a week. Maintain the Entire Customer Data in an organized manner in organized buckets
6 INFLUENCER Collaboration : Should have an experience in influencer marketing -to plan the calender with min 6-8 good influencers a month
Role Capability
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role minimum 2 years of experience in F&B brand , as a Team lead
- Indepth knowledge of popular social media platforms and their features-Instagram, whatsapp-if Threads too, its preffered
Strong creative and storytelling skills & an eye for content
- Experience with Chat GPT
- To Be able to lead a team & report to The Co founder directly. Handle the entire Social Digital Marketing
- Excellent English communication, aesthitics and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
