Manager - Social Media (3-7 yrs)

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic digital team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive user engagement and conversions. You will oversee all aspects of our social media presence and work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to meet the company's marketing goals and objectives.

2. Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

3. Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.

4. Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing initiatives.

6. Conduct research and stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, making recommendations for improvement.

7. Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

8. Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry professionals to expand brand reach and build relationships.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to inform social media strategies.

10. Monitor social media advertising budgets, optimize campaigns, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

11. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful social media assets.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing, public relations, and customer service strategies.

13. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to privacy, data protection, and user-generated content.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital marketing environment.

3. Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and social media analytics.

4. Proficient in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics platforms.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.

6. Strong knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.

8. Experience in running paid social media campaigns and familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

9. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

10. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

11. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

12. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, guidelines, and compliance (e.g., FTC guidelines, GDPR, etc.).

13. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

14. Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry advancements.
