Manager - Social Media (2-4 yrs)

Kyno Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the healthcare start-up sector. As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with our brand agency, medical writers, and creative team to oversee all social media accounts and execute strategies aligned with our brand objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand strategy, lead brand activities both online and offline, and grow within the company to potentially become the Lead Brand Manager.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives

2. Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, utilizing both paid and organic strategies, while ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

3. Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) end-to-end, including but not limited to scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

4. Lead brand activities across online and offline channels, contributing to the overall brand awareness and reputation.

5. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

6. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and customers.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

2. 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within a healthcare startup environment.

3. Preferably from healthcare sector

4. Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including paid and organic strategies, with the ability to create compelling copies for various platforms.

5. Demonstrated ability to independently manage social media accounts, from strategy development to execution, while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling, able to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messaging across diverse audiences.
