Role Description :
- Be part of building the strategy with key stakeholders and owning the delivery of the same across platforms in collaboration with the specialists / specialist teams and partners.
- Coordinate, Curate and control delivery of relevant content from different sources available to us to populate social communications for USER engagement
- Drive traffic to app by leveraging social engagement plans and communications, in collaboration with Data Analytics, Marketing, Content and Business teams
- Design and plan a community & social engagement calendar, ideate campaigns, weekly releases w.r.t to scheduled communications
- Comfort / familiarity in managing content across formats is essential
- Maintain and prepare reports and present analytics to relevant stakeholders regularly.
