Manager - Social Media (2-3 yrs)
- Ideating, coordinating and executing social media and influencer campaigns across FB/Insta, YT, Twitter and Linkedin.
- Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Monitoring the company's brands on social media.
- Building brand awareness by creating engaging campaigns with relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Running weekly reports to review and maintain metrics.
- Create inhouse/on camera video content

- Strong attention to detail & organization skills in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps/needs.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate, and take on projects.
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment within a decentralized and very cool team and keep a sense of humor!
