Manager - SME Sales - Telecom (7-10 yrs)

Position : Manager - SALES

Role : Partner Manager

Preferred Industry : Telecom / EPBAX companies like Panasonic, Avaya etc / Large System Integrators like HCL Wipro etc /IT / IoT

Reports to : Zonal Head

Reportees : None; need to manage channel partners with Feet on Street (FOS)

Key Result Areas :

Product Line : Sell PRI/ILL/MPLS/SIP TRUNK/MOBILE/DATA CENTER SERVICES/TOLL FREE

- New business acquisition of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through channel partners partners Customer Satisfaction and Channel Satisfaction

NEED PEOPLE EXPERIENCED IN SELLING TELECOM PRODUCTS TO SMEs THROUGH CHANNEL PARTNERS

- Addition of new logos as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Quality of funnel and Growth Driving EPPC (Existing product per Customer)

Responsibilities :

- Controlling Channel & Channel Partner Manpower (FOS) attrition.

- Driving the coverage programs like demand generation, customer focused programs, industry forum participations etc.

- Assisting the Partners in Large deal Closures by accompanying them for Customer calls

- Ensuring Channel Policy Adherence and Processes in the assigned territory

- Responsible for Channel partner productivity and their ROI

- Keep Abreast with Competitive activities in the region

Capabilities and competencies :

- Understanding of wireless & wire line telecom solutions

- Good Oral and Written Presentation skills

- Strong crosses functional skills to collaborate with commercial, program management, Technology and Finance.

- Innovative and flexible in strategizing G0 To Market (GTM) Approach

- Flexible for learning new products and processes

Experience : Experience in Enterprise Sales

Qualification : Graduate/MBA/Engineering Graduate

Essential Requirement : Experience of Enterprise Selling/ B2B sales/ managing large channels

- Should have sound Achievements and Recognition from Previous Roles.

Salary Offered : 10-11.5 LPA
