Job Description :
- Be Responsible for the Activation Metrics for the assigned Studio [Outbound & Inbound].
- Goal Setting process for Studio Sales and Design Leads.
- Provide regular update on the Studio Lead Book.
- Train, Recruit and Coach Sales and Design team.
- Lead by example by directly managing the customers.
- Conduct regular activation events with customers and channel partners to drive business results.
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the Studio.
- Ensure accurate inventory management including the stock replenishments at the Studio.
- Conduct outbound sales visits to drive large value business results.
- Conduct daily review meetings on the lead book with the sales and design team and provide regular
Qualifications:
- Advance Communicate in English
- Skills: Inventory Management, Coach Sales.
- Candidate have 5-7 years experience in Sales
- Have experience in Show room Sales [ Mattresses, Furnishing, Lighting]
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with related parties
