Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for outbound / international MICE Operations majorly international. Need to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good relations. Should be strong in Travel Industry, good experience in handling corporate especially MICE Relationship building with corporate. Would be reporting to Mumbai COO.

Job Description :

- Independently look after western region

- Overall responsibility for Profit N Loss

- Represent Orchid & its businesses wherever necessary for cross selling

- Lead, motivate, mentor, develop team, expand recruit and train as needed.

- Bias towards MICE important while catering to its other business verticals of GIT, FIT, Inbound & outbound.

Candidate Profile And Qualification :

- Excellent command over English language.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Travel Industry.

- Should have destination knowledge

- Experience in handling International Destination is mandatory.

- Candidate with Domestic Experience will not be applicable.
