Job requirements and responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.

- Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

- Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations and amplify our brand presence.

- Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform our social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.

- Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-4 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their strengths, and best content creation, engagement, and growth practices.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
