Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Warehouse Leasing (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for visiting warehouses to generate property requirements
- Responsible for generating leads through market research/calling
- Leasing of warehouses
- Negotiating the financials of properties and all work relating to finalization of deals
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Decent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in direct sales would be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS office/word/Excel.
- Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR
