Incumbent should have excellent communication skills with experience in Commercial leasing (office space leasing)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Generating clientele for real estate portfolio of commercial and retail properties aiming at effective leasing/selling for Real Estate properties.

- Delivering a positive client / customer experience while handling the entire leasing process from enquiry to closure and maintaining good relations with (corporate) clients and solving customer grievance.

- Focusing on leasing efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, services, payment schedules and meeting the leasing targets.

- Boosting leasing collections and optimizing revenue and debt recovery by identifying and highlighting areas of concern and develops effective Channel Partners to achieve Leasing target.

- Leasing:-competition analysis, engagement with prospective customers, tap potential clients/customers, following Retail/Institutional/Online sales mechanism, support during design phase/construction as per clients requirement, evaluation of lease offers, negotiation of terms & rentals, executes leasing administration process
